I recently purchased two beautifully monogrammed towel wraps for my two teenage nieces....and was truly blown away by the quality of service, the speedyness of Ashley's responses via email, how quickly the towels were personalized and then shipped, the adorable products we recieved, and even the cute wrapping baggy in which the gifts arrived, all demonstrated that Ashley goes above and beyond for her clientelle!
I would consider myself a very thrifty, and experienced online shopper, and "The Polka Dot Alley" has the most competitive prices and blew all others away by their quality of service. The girls both opened their gifts today, and they both absolutely adored them! The colors and the adornments were perfect, and their names embroided so beautifully on the bottoms of the towels made them even that much more special!
Thank you so much for your help, your advice on styling choices, the elegant wrapping/bow packaging in which the towels were delivered, and the extremely fast turn around! You were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I most certainly will be returning to your store as a repeat customer....and have already told my entire family about you and your website!!

Wanted to share a bit of sad news but one with a message of thanks. Our dear friend and fellow football coach, Rock Roggeman, lost his battle with cancer last month. Thought you would like to know that at the viewing the beautiful quilt you made for him was draped over his casket. That quilt meant the world to him and gave him much comfort during his battle. When I received your latest email I remembered how busy you get this time of the year. I remembered how you dropped everything to make that quilt for us last year. I hope that when things get overwhelming you try to remember that your work sometimes means more to people than you may ever think!! Thank you again for working so hard to make that very special quilt.

The towels are in better quality than what I had expected and Ashley's color and font suggestions were perfect for what I was looking for! Thank you so much for making and being so creative with my two UT dresses. They are so freaking cute!! I’ll be wearing one of them to the Tech game this weekend, and I’ll take those business cards in my purse because I know I’ll be asked where I got my dresses from! To anyone ordering-- $50 is a great deal. The dresses are made really well with attention to detail. Also, the elastic is made so it can adjust, so don’t worry about it being too tight. If you aren’t set in stone with a certain idea for your dress, I recommend sending 2 shirts and letting Ashley be creative with the design. I did that and I’m so happy with my dresses! Thanks again! |
