Do you have more fonts available that the ones listed in the font area?

Yes! We have any font you can think of for our printed items and can find any that we don’t have. For embroidery we have all fonts that are listed in Microsoft and a lot more! Just let us know what style you are looking for and we can work something out.

Can I choose my own fabric for blankets and other items?

Yes! There is no way for us to show you all fabrics available, as the list would be endless. We have hundreds of fabrics and are always getting more. We have fabrics perfect for just about anyone! Just let us know what look you are going for or if you have a specific fabric you want us to use from a specific store and we can do it!

Can I choose a ribbon that I don’t see in any of the pictures here?

Yes! Just like the fabric choices we have hundreds of choices in ribbon! Please let us know if you have a specific desire as in dots, stripes, etc.

Is there a sequential order for monograms?

Yes! Always give me your initials in the order of FML. Monograms are made with the last initial in the center so we will adjust it. There are NO returns if you don't put the initials in the correct order of First, Middle, Last so be sure to do that correctly.

How long does it typically take to get an item once it’s ordered?

It completely depends on the item. Scrapbooks, Slideshows and T Shirt quilts take much more time than towel wraps, mugs, etc. Some items must be ordered from wholesalers before they can be customized. Most items take between 5-10 days plus shipping time. The stamps, embossers and notecards from PSA Essentails will take between 2-3 weeks for you to get unless you get a rush. Please let us know what time frame you need it in when you order and we can give you an ETA.

Can I make a gift set out of items that aren’t in the gift set area?

Yes! Feel free to match up items as you wish and we can create a custom gift set for you from them.

Do you send the items gift-wrapped?

All items are packaged in a cellophane bag tied with a coordinating tulle bow. They look very cute and most people give them to the recipient as is.

Can you ship the item directly to the recipient and the receipt to me?

Yes! If you are on a time crunch we would be glad to ship the item to the recipient for you if it’s a gift!

Do you sell items wholesale?

Yes! We are in the process of working on our wholesale site and plan to have it up and running by September 2010! Feel free to contact us for details!

Are you a retailer for any other products?

Yes! At this point we are a proud retailer for Bunnies and Bows, Mint-Sweet Little Things, Room it Up, PSA Essentials, Murval, Aspen Bay Candles, ToeGoz, Servants Heart, Green ID, Alex and Co., Maggie n me, Mud Pie and many more. We are always looking for cute new items so if you know of any, please share!

What if I am looking for something that I don’t see here?

Tell us! We are always thinking of and searching for new things to offer so we are very open to suggestions!

What is the return policy?

There are no returns as all items are custom made. If there is a mistake made on our part we will re-ship a new, corrected item asap.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

It depends on the item and the amount ordered. If you are ordering towel wraps for an entire cheerleading squad for example, yes we offer a discount.

What payments are accepted?

All payments work securely through pay pal with your credit or debit card. If you choose to go the check by mail route you will be emailed an address to send the check to. As soon as the check clears the order will be processed.

How do I care for my embroidered item?

Although the nicest threads are used, we still recommend you wash the items in cold water to avoid the thread bleeding. You can spot bleach but avoid adding bleach to the water.

Does everything on the site include embroidering?

Almost, but not everything. If you go to purchase an item and there isn't a place to include your name or initials then it does not include embroidery. Use the comment form to inquire about this and depending on the item and request we can probably get it done for you!
